Cleveland State University and Town Hall of Cleveland
team up for third year to bring top speakers to city

August 2008Town Hall of Cleveland, one of the nation's
longest-running public speaker forums, will partner with Cleveland State
University for a third consecutive year to bring top name speakers to
Cleveland during the 2008-2009 season. "We are very pleased to support
The Town Hall of Cleveland in its 78th year as it continues to bring
notable people to our area," said Dr. Michael Schwartz, Cleveland
State President.
"This partnership reflects the University's goal to extend its
reach further into the local community."
Karen Kleinhenz, chairman of the Board of Trustees of Town Hall said,
"This is truly a win-win situation for the University, for Town Hall,
and most especially for the Greater Cleveland community. We are very
excited about the upcoming season, which features an outstanding lineup
of speakers reflecting diverse perspectives on our society, our politics,
drug safety and our environment."
